Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, New York

Senior lateral partner opportunity to join a major international practice in New York focused on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights. The role will involve leading complex insolvency matters, advising secured and unsecured creditors, and managing cross‑border and distressed finance transactions.

Ideal candidate will take a senior leadership role within an established team, supervising associates and collaborating with finance and litigation colleagues. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and expanding the practice in the New York market.

• Established partner track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work.
• Proven experience leading insolvency and distressed finance matters, including supervising teams and managing complex cases.
• Strong business development ability; portable client relationships or a demonstrable book of business preferred.
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to waive/obtain admission) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
