Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Sacramento office to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors rights practice. The role will involve advising secured and unsecured creditors, lenders and other stakeholders on insolvency, workout and creditor enforcement matters.

Successful candidates will take a senior role on complex chapter cases and out-of-court restructurings, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with finance and litigation teams across the firm s platform. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in creditor-side or debtor-side insolvency work is welcome.

Significant partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors rights matters
Track record leading chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings; experience with lender representation preferred
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Strong litigation and negotiation skills and experience supervising associates
