Seeking a partner to join a busy corporate and energy practice in the firm's Sacramento office. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work across technology, renewable energy and traditional oil & gas sectors, with regular exposure to capital markets matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in the region, and work with a cross-practice team on project development and commercial transactions. This is a partner-level hire; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and energy-sector work (renewables and/or oil & gas).
Experience with technology transactions and/or capital markets matters preferred.
Proven client development and team leadership skills; ability to grow a regional practice.
Active bar admission in California or eligibility to obtain admission.
