Top-tier international law firm is seeking a partner to join its San Francisco office to lead bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate insolvency work. The role will involve advising debtors, creditors, committees and sponsors on complex restructurings and chapter 11 matters as well as out-of-court workouts.

The team handles high-stakes, cross-border matters alongside transactional corporate work where restructuring considerations are central. The firm is looking for a senior practitioner who can manage large engagements, mentor associates and collaborate across practices.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of originating or leading restructuring engagements are welcome; the role offers an opportunity to grow a practice within a well-resourced platform.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate matters.
Proven track record leading complex chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.
Strong client development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships.
Experience managing teams and working on cross-border matters; active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
