Opportunity for a partner to join a leading international practice focused on capital markets and finance in Frankfurt. The role will involve advising issuers, underwriters and lenders on domestic and cross-border securities and financing transactions.

This position is suited to a market-facing lawyer able to develop and lead teams, manage client relationships and contribute to business development. A portable practice or established client base is welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in capital markets and/or finance transactions
Track record of originating and managing client matters and relationships
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates
Fluent in English; German language skills advantageous
