Senior partner opportunity for a capital markets / finance securities practitioner to join a busy New York team. The role will focus on representing issuers and underwriters on public and private offerings and related corporate finance work across sectors.

The firm is seeking a partner with an established transactional practice and the ability to originate and lead deals. The position offers a platform to expand an existing client base and to work with an experienced corporate finance group on complex capital markets matters.

Partner-level experience in capital markets, securities offerings and corporate finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating and leading deals; portable client relationships and a developed book of business preferred.
Strong technical skills in securities laws and transactional documentation.
Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively across finance and corporate teams.
