Senior partner opportunity in a well-established Vancouver litigation practice. The role will provide senior leadership and client-facing capacity to a busy office that has strong junior support but requires an experienced partner to manage complex commercial disputes and mentor associates.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a core commercial litigation practice with a complementary, part-time bankruptcy & insolvency capability. The firm is seeking someone who can bring a meaningful portable practice and step into a leadership role, with a standard track from income partner to equity on demonstrable performance.

Senior/lateral partner with an established commercial litigation practice.
Complementary part-time Bankruptcy & Insolvency experience highly desirable.
Proven ability to generate and sustain client relationships; a meaningful portable book of business is required.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience with associate teams.
Preference for candidates with stable corporate-brand clients rather than primarily volatile offshore/market-driven work.
Available runway for multi‑year leadership (not imminent retirement).
