Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Vancouver commercial litigation group with a focus on securities litigation, regulatory and white‑collar matters and class actions. The role will handle high‑value, complex disputes and regulatory investigations across multiple industries.

All seniority levels will be considered, from junior partner to established laterals; group hires (partner plus associates/support) are welcomed to ease integration. There is flexibility on partnership structure (equity or fixed‑capital entry) and compensation reflects both billing performance and contribution to firm mentorship and business development.

The team values litigators who can lead matters, develop client relationships, and contribute to a national disputes platform; the role offers opportunities to build a portable practice and originate work within an established platform.

Established partner with a strong commercial litigation practice, with emphasis on securities litigation, regulatory investigations or white‑collar defence.
Track record of originating client work or bringing a portable book of business; willingness to participate in business development and client relationship management.
Proven trial, motion and/or investigative experience and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Admissions to the relevant Canadian bars (or eligibility) and experience operating in national and cross‑border matters.
Comfort working within a collaborative national practice and contributing to associate development and firm initiatives.
