Seeking a lateral partner to build and lead a compliance and government/public law practice in the firm’s Miami office. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, government contracts, and matters at the intersection of public policy and regulated industries.

The successful candidate will develop client relationships, lead teams on regulatory and government-facing matters, and work with cross-office specialists on multi-jurisdictional engagements. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice within a full-service firm environment.

Portable business and existing client relationships are welcome and will be considered as part of a competitive partner package.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory, compliance, and government contracts work.
Track record of originating and managing client matters; experience supervising teams and cross-practice collaborations.
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulatory frameworks relevant to public procurement and compliance.
Excellent client development and relationship-management skills; portable business preferred.
