Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its healthcare practice in Miami. The role will focus on advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters, and on providing senior-level strategic counsel across a range of industry matters.

The team handles matters for a broad client base including providers, payors and life‑sciences companies. The successful candidate will play a client-facing role, lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers and help grow the practice in the region.

A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome and will be an important factor for this hire.

Partner‑level experience in healthcare law, including regulatory, compliance and transactional matters
Proven track record of client development and relationship management
Experience leading deals/transactions and supervising teams
Licensed or able to be licensed in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
