Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a cross-practice Technology and Healthcare group from the Miami office. The role focuses on advising healthcare and technology companies on privacy and data protection, vendor agreements, and related commercial matters.

The successful candidate will combine deep subject-matter expertise with a track record of business development and client relationship management, and will work collaboratively with existing deal teams and industry-focused lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in privacy & data protection, preferably with healthcare and technology clients
Demonstrated ability to originate and service client work and to grow a practice in the region
Admission to practice in Florida or ability to become licensed promptly
