Seeking a partner to join a national law firm’s Miami office to lead and grow a litigation practice focused on healthcare matters. The role emphasizes False Claims Act defense, managed-care litigation, and related regulatory disputes.

In addition to core healthcare litigation, the position will handle complex business litigation matters involving technology-related issues such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency disputes. The partner will work with cross-practice teams to service local and national clients.

Established partner-level litigator with significant experience in healthcare litigation, including False Claims Act defense and managed-care matters.
Proven track record handling complex commercial and technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency).
Demonstrated ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable practice helpful.
Bar admission in Florida or ability to obtain; strong writing, client-management, and trial or appellate experience preferred.
