Lateral Partner, Litigation — Miami

Established, trial-focused litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Miami office. The role will handle complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including international arbitration, and will lead trial teams and strategic case work across the region.

The successful candidate will be expected to deepen the office’s litigation offerings, manage high-stakes disputes from briefing through hearings and trials, and mentor mid- and junior-level lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in commercial litigation and arbitration, including international arbitration
• Experience leading trial teams and conducting hearings or arbitrations
• Strong business development and client-management skills; able to grow regional practice
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; ability to practice in Florida
