Senior partner hire to lead and grow a compliance, regulatory and litigation practice from the firm's New Jersey office. The role will combine high‑level regulatory counseling, privacy/data protection work and commercial litigation oversight for a range of clients across regulated industries.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include advising on regulatory compliance programs, managing investigations and enforcement matters, directing privacy and data‑protection projects, and supervising litigation strategy and teams. The role offers significant client‑facing responsibility and firm leadership opportunities.

A portable practice is welcome; the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to business development and help expand the office s regulatory and litigation capabilities.

Established partner or equivalent with substantial experience in regulatory compliance and commercial litigation.
Proven record advising on privacy/data protection and regulatory matters and managing investigations or enforcement proceedings.
Demonstrated business development ability and experience building or growing a client practice (portable book of business welcomed).
Strong team leadership and matter management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s).
