We are seeking an experienced partner to lead and expand a compliance and regulatory practice from the Atlanta office. The role will focus on counseling clients across cybersecurity and data protection, international trade, and regulated sectors such as energy, environment and healthcare.

The successful candidate will advise on cross-border regulatory matters, investigations, trade remedies and sector-specific compliance programs, and will work closely with transactional and litigation teams on integrated matters. The position includes responsibility for client development and practice growth.

Established partner with a strong regulatory/compliance background.
Demonstrable experience in cybersecurity/privacy and data-protection matters.
Experience with international trade issues and cross-border regulatory work, preferably including energy or communications matters.
Track record of advising clients in energy, environmental or healthcare sectors.
Proven client development skills; portable book of business welcomed.
