Established international law firm is building senior capability in Atlanta and seeks a partner to lead and grow a transactional and regulatory-facing practice across healthcare, life sciences, technology and IP-related matters.

The role will emphasize corporate/M&A and capital markets work, plus technology transactions and IP litigation/transactions. You will join a cross-practice platform, collaborate with national and international teams, and help develop client relationships in life sciences, technology and regulated industries.

Open to established practice groups or strong individual partners with an existing portable practice who can bring business development momentum to the market.

Established partner-level experience in corporate/M&A, capital markets or technology transactions
Track record advising healthcare or life sciences clients and handling IP-related matters or IP litigation
Proven business development and client-management ability; portable book of business preferred
Demonstrated experience working across multi-office or international teams
