Seeking a partner to join a well-established compliance and regulatory practice in the Austin office. The role will focus on counseling public-sector and regulated clients on regulatory compliance, government contracts, and related public-law matters.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a regional practice with an existing market emphasis across Texas and nearby U.S. jurisdictions. Opportunity includes developing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory compliance, government contracts, or public-sector matters.
Track record of originating and managing client work; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Ability to lead engagements, mentor associates, and support business development in the region.
Bar admission and standing required in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
