National law firm seeking a lateral partner to join the Technology, Healthcare and Compliance & Regulatory practice in the Austin office. The role focuses on advising technology and healthcare companies on regulatory compliance, privacy and data protection, and technology-related commercial matters.

The partner will work with interdisciplinary teams across the firm and play a leading client-facing role on matters that intersect healthcare and software/technology. This is an opportunity to build and lead a portable practice while contributing to business development and practice growth in Austin.

Established partner with significant experience counseling technology and healthcare clients on regulatory and privacy matters
Deep knowledge of privacy & data protection laws and healthcare regulatory frameworks
Proven client development skills and a track record of originating or growing business (portable book of business welcome)
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and experience leading deal teams and cross-practice projects
