Leading global firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin office to strengthen transactional and sector-focused capabilities across corporate M&A, life sciences/healthcare, technology transactions and related IP matters. The role emphasizes client-facing deal work, cross-practice collaboration and business development for issuer-side capital markets, private equity and emerging-growth engagements.

The successful candidate will join a growing team that handles complex M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions, and will work closely with litigation/IP colleagues on disputes as needed. This is an opportunity to lead matter teams, originate work and develop sector-focused client relationships.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established track record in corporate M&A, capital markets and/or private equity transactions
Sector experience in healthcare/life sciences and technology preferred
Proven client origination and team leadership ability; collaborative across practices
