Partner, Environmental & Regulatory — Austin

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an environmental and regulatory practice in Austin. The role focuses on environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory counseling across public- and private-sector matters, with a particular preference for candidates who have CEQA experience.

The successful hire will advise clients on regulatory strategy, environmental risk management, and administrative proceedings, and will work closely with litigation and transactional teams where environmental issues intersect other practices.

This is a partner-level role for a lawyer with an established practice or demonstrable ability to originate and retain client work; the hiring team welcomes candidates with a portable practice and strong client-development track record.

• Established partner-level background in environmental law and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with environmental permitting, regulatory counseling, and administrative processes; CEQA experience strongly preferred.
• Proven client-development ability and experience leading a team or practice group.
• Strong communication skills and experience advising clients across governmental and commercial contexts.
