Seeking a lateral partner to join an established Energy & Environmental practice in Austin. The role will focus on regulatory and permitting matters for energy clients, with substantial work on environmental compliance and enforcement.

The team serves a mix of industry and project clients; the ideal candidate will bring a well-developed practice, strong client relationships and demonstrable experience handling EPA-style regulatory matters and state-level permitting.

Established partner with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability
Deep experience in energy-sector environmental regulation, permitting, compliance or enforcement
Proven client management and business-development skills
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
