Seeking a partner to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice focused on M&A, capital markets and energy project work in Austin. The role combines deal execution across technology and energy sectors with client development and team leadership.

The hire will work with cross-practice teams on corporate, finance and project-level matters, including renewable energy and oil & gas commercial transactions. The role is suited to an entrepreneurial lawyer with an established book of business or clear ability to bring portable clients.

Established partner with significant transactional experience (M&A, capital markets, or energy project transactions).
Proven client development and rainmaking ability; portable practice preferred.
Track record leading deal teams and collaborating across practices (technology, finance, energy).
Good standing to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction; strong commercial orientation and excellent drafting/negotiation skills.
