A growing national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its agriculture-focused regulatory and compliance practice from the Austin office. The role involves advising clients across the agricultural supply chain on regulatory strategy, compliance programs, and emerging issues in the cannabis/agricultural hemp space.

The successful candidate will have partner-level experience, a proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships, and experience managing a team or practice group. The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice aligned to the agriculture or related industry groups.

Established partner with significant experience in agriculture law, regulatory counseling, and compliance matters.
Experience advising on cannabis/hemp regulatory issues preferred.
Proven business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Team leadership and practice-management experience; active bar admission and good standing.
