Established international law firm seeks a partner to lead and expand its compliance and regulatory offering from the New York office. The role will focus on regulatory, cybersecurity/privacy, and international trade matters, with significant work across energy, environmental and healthcare sectors.

The partner will advise on cross-border regulatory matters, investigations, trade remedies and data-protection/cybersecurity issues, working closely with transactional and contentious teams. The role requires active business development and collaboration with practice leaders across offices.

Partner-level experience advising on compliance, regulatory and international trade matters, including cybersecurity/privacy.
Deep sector knowledge in one or more of: energy, environmental, healthcare, or technology.
Proven record of client origination and business development; ability to cultivate and grow a portable practice.
Experience leading teams and working on cross-border, multi-discipline matters; admission to practice in New York preferred.
