Senior partner opportunity within a well-established US law firm to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice focused on healthcare and media & entertainment. The role will handle FDA- and advertising-related regulatory matters and advise clients across the healthcare lifecycle and consumer-facing media sectors.

The team serves a mix of corporate and regulatory matters; the role is both hands-on and strategic, with responsibility for supervising junior lawyers and shaping practice development. The office is open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to Exton (open location).

Applicants with a portable practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply; this position supports business origination and practice expansion.

Established partner-level background in regulatory and compliance work, ideally including FDA and advertising matters.
Demonstrated experience advising healthcare clients and consumer/media companies on regulatory risk and compliance programs.
Track record of supervising and mentoring associates and leading client engagements.
Strong business development skills; portable clients or a demonstrable book of business are welcomed.
Active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted.
