The ideal hire will take responsibility for originating work, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across offices to support cross-practice matters. This is an established platform with national reach — a strong portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be valued.

Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission)
Significant banking and finance transactional experience at partner level
Proven client origination/business development record or portable practice
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
