Leading regional/national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Raleigh office to lead and grow work across regulatory and government-contracts matters. The role combines client-facing regulatory counseling with government and public-sector engagements, supporting both bid/procurement and compliance-driven work.

The successful candidate will have an established practice and will take a visible role in business development, client management, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice with cross-jurisdictional work spanning federal and state government clients and regulated industries.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory work and government contracts.
Demonstrated book of business or portable client relationships preferred.
Strong client development and practice-management skills.
Admissions and standing to practice required in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
