The partner will collaborate with cross-practice teams on regulatory reviews, product and promotion counseling, policy development, and enforcement preparedness. The position suits a lawyer who can provide high-level technical advice and manage client relationships across industry sectors.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of business development are welcome; the firm seeks a commercial partner able to grow the practice locally and regionally.

Partner-level experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare law, and/or media & entertainment advertising
Substantive experience with FDA-related matters and regulatory risk counseling
Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable clients/relationships welcomed
Ability to collaborate across practices and manage client-facing matters
Licensed, or able to become licensed, to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
