Senior partner role to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice with a strong focus on government contracts and public-sector work. You will advise clients on complex regulatory matters, government procurement, and related compliance programs across multiple U.S. markets.

The role involves client development, supervising a team of lawyers, and working closely with cross-practice colleagues to deliver integrated solutions. The team has a market focus including Washington, D.C., Texas and California.

Portable client relationships are welcome; the firm is seeking a partner able to bring and develop business while mentoring junior lawyers and expanding the practice.

Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory counseling and government contracts.
Proven client-development track record and ability to manage and grow a practice (portable relationships welcome).
Experience supervising teams and collaborating across practices.
Active bar admission and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
