Established partner-level corporate/M&A practitioner with significant transactional experience
Proven track record advising on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and related transactional matters
Ability to originate or materially contribute to business development; portable client relationships welcome
Strong leadership, client management, and team collaboration skills
