Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate (Research Triangle Park)

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Research Triangle Park office with a focus on intellectual property (including patent litigation) and corporate work. The role will contribute to an established, multi-office IP and corporate platform and have opportunities to collaborate across Southeast and select West Coast offices.

Candidates should be rainmakers who can bring a portable practice and help grow transactional, governance and litigation offerings. The firm values business development, cross-office collaboration and a flexible approach to fee arrangements.

• Established partner with significant experience in IP (preferably patent litigation) and/or corporate transactional work
• Proven ability to bring or develop a portable book of business and to generate new client opportunities
• Strong track record of client relationship management and cross-office collaboration
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdictions and experience supervising deal or litigation teams
