Partner, Litigation & Technology — Research Triangle Park

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a litigation and technology practice out of the Research Triangle Park office. The role will focus on fintech, cyber security, corporate governance and related M&A matters, handling complex disputes and strategic transactional work for sophisticated clients.

The successful candidate will build and manage client relationships, drive business development across the region (including West Coast opportunities), and collaborate with cross-office teams on national and international matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial litigation and technology-related matters (fintech, cyber security)
• Experience advising on corporate governance and M&A issues
• Proven business-development capability and comfort leading client pitches
• Ability to manage and mentor a team across offices
