Partner, Finance & Banking / Corporate (Research Triangle Park)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow finance, corporate and securities work from the Research Triangle Park office. The role will advise sponsors, corporate and financial clients on transactions across private equity, venture capital and capital markets.

The successful candidate will combine deal experience with business development capability and will help build a market-leading practice in the region while collaborating with national and international colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in finance, corporate and securities transactions, including private equity and venture capital deals
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain it
