Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its real estate and construction practice in the Research Triangle Park market. The role will focus on leasing, development and transactional work across healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development projects.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team that handles finance-related real estate matters and complex development transactions. There is an opportunity to build a portable practice or contribute existing client relationships, although a specific book of business is not required.

Established partner with significant experience in real estate and construction transactions.
Demonstrated work on leasing, healthcare real estate, renewable energy projects, industrial/logistics or resort development matters.
Experience handling real estate finance and collaboration with transactional teams.
Track record of business development; portable client relationships welcomed but not mandatory.
