Lateral Partner, Energy & Tax, Research Triangle Park

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy, Tax and Maritime practices in Research Triangle Park. The role will focus on tax-driven energy matters, renewable energy projects, and construction/maritime work supporting infrastructure and project development.

The partner will join a multi-disciplinary team advising sponsors, developers and project stakeholders on transactional, regulatory and tax structuring aspects. The role requires business development, client relationship leadership, and hands-on matter management in a busy regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy-related tax, renewables or oil & gas matters
• Proven track record on project/infrastructure and construction or maritime-related transactions
• Strong client development and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in the U.S.
