Partner, Tax (Energy) — Research Triangle Park

Senior tax partner opportunity to lead and grow an energy-focused tax practice from the firm's Research Triangle Park office. The role involves advising corporate and project clients on federal and state tax matters across traditional and renewable energy transactions, financing, and regulatory-driven structures.

The successful candidate will join a broad, interdisciplinary tax and energy team, taking a hands-on role in business development, client management and mentoring associates. This is a visible leadership position with responsibility for expanding market presence in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy tax matters, including transactional and project work
• Proven business development record and strong client relationships in the energy sector
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and relevant tax credentials
