Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its compliance and regulatory practice from the Atlantic City office. The role focuses on healthcare-regulatory matters and related advertising/FDA issues across regulated industries.

The partner will advise clients on federal and state regulatory compliance, FDA matters, and promotional/advertising risk, working with transactional and litigation colleagues as needed. The position involves client counseling, regulatory strategy, and managing complex cross-practice engagements.

We are looking for a senior lawyer with a demonstrable track record of originating and sustaining client relationships. A portable practice or established client base will be welcomed as the successful candidate builds broader business with the firm’s teams.

JD and active bar admission (or eligibility to be admitted) in the relevant state.
Established partner-level experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare law, and FDA/advertising matters.
Proven business development and client-management skills; experience growing a practice and mentoring teams.
Comfort working on cross-practice matters with transactional and litigation groups.
