Leading national law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead corporate work from its Atlantic City office. The role focuses on M&A and corporate transactions, capital markets work for issuers, emerging-growth and technology company matters, and transactional IP support.

This is a client-facing role with cross-office collaboration across corporate, finance and technology practices. The successful candidate will work with deal teams on complex transactions and help develop market-facing initiatives in life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors.

Portable business is welcome; the role offers a platform to expand an existing book of business and to lead client development across multiple U.S. offices.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred.
Experience advising issuers and growth-stage or technology companies.
Strong transactional drafting and project-management skills; comfortable working across corporate, finance and IP disciplines.
Bar admission in the United States (state admission as relevant to practice).
