Senior corporate partner role to join a large international law firm’s Atlantic City office. The position will focus on corporate transactional work including M&A and capital markets, with significant interplay across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

The team seeks a leader able to originate and execute cross-border and domestic transactions, advise growth-stage and public issuers, and collaborate with specialists across intellectual property, litigation and finance practices. The role offers the opportunity to build and lead a practice group within a full-service global platform.

Established partner with a proven corporate/M&A practice (including PE and capital markets experience preferred)
Track record of originating business or a portable client base; ability to develop cross-practice, cross-border work
Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients on transactions and related commercial matters
Strong leadership and business development skills; comfortable collaborating with IP, litigation and finance teams
