Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a well-established US law firm’s Compliance & Regulatory practice in Blue Bell. The role will focus on counseling clients in the healthcare sector and on regulatory issues affecting advertising and FDA-regulated products.

The successful candidate will join a team advising clients on compliance programs, regulatory risk, and transactional or commercial matters with regulatory touchpoints. The position offers visible client-facing work and the ability to shape and grow a compliance-oriented practice.

Established partner with proven experience in compliance and regulatory work, ideally with a focus on healthcare and FDA-regulated products
Experience advising on advertising and promotional regulation preferred
Track record of client development and managing client relationships; a portable book of business is welcome
Bar admission and ability to lead matter teams and mentor junior lawyers
