Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in the Blue Bell office. The role will focus on advising banks, lenders and corporate borrowers on a broad range of commercial financing matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and play a visible role in growing the practice and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to take on client-facing responsibility within a well-resourced platform while maintaining a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in banking and commercial finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating and managing client engagements; portable book of business preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and supervise associates.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
