Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Blue Bell

Senior lateral partner opportunity within a well-established national law firm seeking an experienced compliance and regulatory leader for its Blue Bell office. The role focuses on counseling healthcare and media clients on regulatory, FDA and advertising matters.

The position combines client development, practice leadership and high-level legal work across regulatory counseling, enforcement defense and transactional intake related to healthcare and advertising matters. The team values portable client relationships and an ability to grow cross-practice work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in compliance and regulatory matters, with substantial work involving healthcare and FDA-related issues
• Demonstrated experience advising on advertising and marketing compliance
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
