Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Compliance & Regulatory practice from the Morristown office, with a strong focus on healthcare and media & entertainment matters.

The role will handle regulatory counseling, FDA matters, and advertising compliance, advising corporate clients across product, marketing and transactional issues. The partner will join a cross-practice team, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with colleagues in healthcare, IP and commercial practices.

Proven business development ability is required; candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships will be prioritized. The position offers a visible leadership role and the opportunity to expand the compliance offering regionally.

Partner-level experience in compliance/regulatory counseling, ideally with healthcare and media/advertising experience
Demonstrable experience with FDA-related regulatory matters or advertising/marketing compliance
Track record of business development and client origination; portable practice welcomed
Experience supervising and mentoring associates; collaborative team player
Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction or ability to transfer
