Well-established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Los Angeles compliance and regulatory practice. The role will focus on regulatory counseling and enforcement matters across healthcare and media/entertainment clients, with particular emphasis on FDA-related and advertising regulations.

The incoming partner will lead client engagements, develop business, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams on transactional and regulatory projects. The group advises clients on compliance programs, regulatory strategy, and interactions with enforcement agencies.

Portable practice/clients are welcome; the firm is looking for a partner who can grow and deepen relationships in the Los Angeles market.

Admission to the California bar (or ability to become admitted)
Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, ideally with healthcare and media/advertising exposure
Proven client development skills and experience managing client relationships and teams
Strong drafting and regulatory counseling experience, including FDA or advertising-related matters
