Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice in New York. The role focuses on counseling clients on regulatory matters and government-facing issues, managing high-profile matters, and advising across regulated industries.

The partner will lead client engagements, mentor and develop a team of lawyers, and collaborate with national practice groups. There is an expectation of active business development, including bringing a portable practice or expanding existing client relationships.

Established partner with a strong background in regulatory and government/public law.
Proven record leading teams and managing significant client matters.
Demonstrable business development skills and established client relationships; ability to grow a practice in New York.
Admission to the relevant bar and ability to practice in New York.
