Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its Compliance & Regulatory practice in New York. The role will advise clients on complex regulatory matters, design and implement compliance programs, and handle regulatory inquiries and internal investigations across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, mentor and grow a team of compliance lawyers, and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and sustain client work is desirable.

Partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory enforcement, or related regulatory counseling
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development
Experience leading teams and managing client engagements
Admission to the New York bar (or willingness to obtain) and good standing
