Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory team in Dallas with a focus on privacy and data protection matters across technology and healthcare sectors.

The role will advise technology and healthcare company clients on privacy programs, compliance strategies, regulatory risk, and cross-border data issues. The team works collaboratively across practices to support product launches, vendor arrangements, and incident response.

Ideal candidates will have established partner-level experience, a track record of advising clients in privacy/data protection, and demonstrable business development ability. Portable client relationships are welcomed.

Partner-level experience advising on privacy and data protection and broader compliance/regulatory matters
Substantial experience with technology and healthcare sector clients
Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable relationships a plus
Ability to lead engagements and mentor junior lawyers
Active bar admission (or ability to transfer) and JD or equivalent
