An established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and expand its Compliance & Regulatory practice in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on counseling corporate clients on regulatory compliance, representing organizations in government investigations and enforcement matters, and interfacing with government and public sector stakeholders.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, build and manage a team, and help grow the practice through business development. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience advising on regulatory compliance, government investigations, enforcement, or related public-sector matters
Demonstrated client development and business-generation skills; portable practice preferred
Proven people-leadership and practice-management experience
Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in the state; strong written and oral advocacy skills
