Senior practitioner sought to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice from the firm's San Francisco office. The role will focus on healthcare and media/advertising regulatory matters, including FDA-related issues and promotional compliance.

The partner will advise healthcare companies and media clients on regulatory strategy, risk management and enforcement preparedness, working collaboratively with cross-practice teams. This is a front-facing role with business development and client relationship responsibilities.

Established partner or equivalent with substantial experience in compliance and regulatory work, ideally including healthcare and advertising/FDA matters.
Track record advising clients on regulatory strategy, enforcement defense, and promotional/advertising matters.
Proven business development skills and ability to maintain and grow client relationships; portable practice/clients welcome.
Bar admission and standing to practice in relevant jurisdictions as required.
