Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Sioux Falls

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a compliance and regulatory practice in the firm’s Sioux Falls office. The role will focus on regulatory, privacy/cybersecurity, international trade and sector-specific regulatory matters across energy, environmental and healthcare clients.

The partner will supervise and mentor a small team, manage client relationships on complex cross-border and domestic regulatory projects, and work closely with other practice groups on multidisciplinary matters. Business development and client cultivation are core responsibilities.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance work, with particular exposure to privacy/cybersecurity and international trade.
• Experience advising clients in energy, environmental or healthcare sectors preferred.
• Proven client development skills and ability to originate work; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships welcomed.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work on cross-border matters.
